Is it possible to swap products online?
Online purchases can be returned via our online method. Please get in touch with us first before attempting to return an order. To begin your return, go to our Returns & Exchanges page.

What payment methods do Aphrolux Accessories accept?
Aphrolux Accessories accepts credit card and PayPal payments. We also accept Klarna and LayBuy. Please visit PayPal's website for more details on how it works
Are there any additional fees when using a credit card?
When using a credit card, there are no surcharges or extra costs.
What happened to my partially reimbursed order?
While it is unusual, we occasionally get an inflow of clients all wishing to buy the same item; nevertheless, while attempting to satisfy these orders, we realise that we cannot supply them all.
If you received an email stating that your purchase was oversold, it implies that we were unable to complete your full order or a portion of your order.
When this occurs, please be assured that your money has been reimbursed to your original payment method and will appear in your account within 3 - 5 business days.
We apologise once more for the inconvenience; this is the worst-case situation.
Can I place my order over the phone?
Aphrolux does not accept phone orders or payments.
My order confirmation email has yet to arrive.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Our team cannot guarantee order revisions or cancellations; however, if you have just made your purchase, you can contact our Support Team via our Live Chat at and we will assist you as best we can.

My item(s) is/are incorrect, damaged, or missing.
Make sure your products match the ones on your order confirmation. Please contact our Support Team if you received the incorrect item, your item was damaged, or an item was missing.
 

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

How long does it take for delivery?
Aphrolux Accessories provides ordinary shipping to the United Kingdom and Europe. Please read our Shipping & Delivery page for estimated delivery times.

My online order is yet to arrive.
Online purchases are delivered by Royal Mail. If you have any questions regarding the whereabouts of your shipment, you may use your tracking number to trace it through Royal Mail.

Is a residential address required for delivery?
Royal Mail delivers to residential, commercial, and PO Box locations. If you are using a work address, please mention any delivery data that would help the courier identify your location, such as firm name, street of entry, and level number.

How will I know if my order has been shipped?
All online orders are delivered by Royal Mail. You will get an email notification after your shipment has been collected and scanned by Royal Mail. Following that, regular delivery updates will be provided.
