Returns and refunds

If you are not totally happy with your order, you may return it to us within 14 days for a full refund or exchange, provided the products are returned unused and in their original packing. Please get in touch with us first before attempting to return any purchase. The customer is responsible for the all the costs of returning an item.

A returns form may be downloaded and printed from this page. Simply fill it out and place it in your return parcel, along with our printable address label or handwrite it on the front of your item, and send it back to us.

If you are unable to print, please add a handwritten letter with your Order Number, Name, and Reason For Return.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange or refund earrings unless they are damaged for hygienic concerns.

Due to their personalised character, engraved products cannot be returned or replaced unless they are damaged.
This has no bearing on your statutory rights.
If a return is accepted, and processed, the refunded amount should show up in the costumers account within 2-5 days (Klarna, Clearpay and Laybuy refunded orders will be paid out in accordance with their refund policies). 

For your own records, it is best to send the item by Recorded Delivery. We will e-mail you within 5 working days after receiving your goods at AphroLux

If an item is deemed inappropriate, delivery expenses for the item's return will not be paid. If the item is defective, the shipping expenses will be paid in addition to the refund or exchange.
